You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use Mivva to access another person's data without their explicit consent. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree not to use Mivva to submit false or misleading information, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, reverse engineer or scrape the platform, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
If you access Mivva through a credit union partner or link a credit union to your profile, the terms of your relationship with that credit union are governed by your agreement with them. Mivva is not responsible for credit union products, services, lending decisions, or scholarship awards.
